ReplyDeleteThank you for participating in the Summer Learning Journey and creating this blog post about the forty-hour famine!
It is great to hear how you have already participated in the famine. Did you do no food at all, or just no sweet things?
I did the forty-hour famine when I was younger, and my sister and I camped out in our cubby house the whole time. We set up a fort, and waited out the 40 hours watching movies and playing games with our friends.
What kinds of things did you do to distract yourself?
It would have been extremely hard to go out with your family for a drink when you couldn’t have anything. If that was me, I would have gotten so jealous looking at the drinks they were having!
